BBC Look North ~ Children In Need Calendar, 2022

Another visit to the Beeb, for the calendar launch event of 2022. On this occasion, the venue was BBC Radio Tees, in Stockton.

This was the 3rd time one of my photographs has appeared on the Children In Need calendar, which features a winning monthly weather photograph, which is chosen by a different guest each month. My shot was chosen by Brendan Foster, a former British long distance runner and medal holder.

 

Unlike my previous visit to the Beeb, I was invited to speak live on camera regarding my photograph, which was actually captured on my mobile phone. This was something that presenter Jennifer Bartram was very interested in getting across to the live audience.

 

Another brilliant night was had. That's a hattrick of appearances on the charity calendar!
